Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is coming to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on November 6th, and is being developed by Beenox and Mercenary Technology. While Treyarch are working exclusively on the PS4, Xbox One and PC versions, Beenox and Mercenary Technology will be developing Xbox 360 & Ps3 a simialar set up to the release of advanced warfare which saw sledgehammer games work excluisvely on the ps4 and xboxone version of the call of duty.
The Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will feature the all three game modes: campaign, multiplayer, and zombies. however Activision has stated, that there will be feature differences between the PS4, Xbox One, and PC versions compared to the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions. for starters They’ve stated that for the campaign mode, on Xbox 360 and PS3, players will only be able to play with a maximum of 2 players, rather than four players that will be available on current-gen platforms.
Activison have also stated the Black ops III beta is only for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. There’s no plans to allow the beta on Xbox 360 and PS3.
